In an effort to become more fuel efficient, our shipping options have changed.Our plant hours are now Monday through Thursday each business week. The shipping department will now be closed on Fridays. What this means for you as our valued customer: Any online or phone orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day on Monday (with holidays being exempt). Your order will then be processed on the day the plant reopens, and the first day of shipping will begin the following day, based on UPS standards:

In looking at this chart you may wonder if we did our math correctly. Yes, we did. UPS does not count the day they pick up the order. So in the UPS World 3 day and 2 day shipping methods do not count the day UPS picks up the order. However, if you select 1-day shipping the day the order is picked up is counted. I know this is goofy but it is simply how all of the carriers are set up. Standard Ground Shipping orders going to the West Coast, on average do not take very long, normally no more than 3 to 5 business days. The East Coast however, takes at least 7-10 business days. Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping.BACKORDERS: Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock. Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for two separate shipments.
