We have quite a few items here that are Gluten Free. Our smokehouses in Alaska are completely Gluten Free and the confection and soup mix items never come in contact with any kind of wheat flour during preparation, production, and packaging, but they are processed in a facility that does baking with wheat flour, so please be aware of that. All of our baked goods and confections are made in our bakery and confectionery in Woodinville, Washington, under the guide of our Master Chef and Confectioner, Rich Anderson, who was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. The Gluten Free Basket contains one 2oz fillet of Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, one 3.5oz Wild Nova Scotian Lobster Spread, one 3.5oz Wild Alaskan Dill Salmon Spread, one 4oz package of White Chocolate Confetti Popcorn with Cranberries and Almonds, and one 10oz package of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup Mix.
